From humble beginnings in 1980, Hanna Hillen Financial Services LLP has evolved to become a multi adviser professional office with a host of in-house specialisms delivered through a team of dedicated individuals.

The well-appointed City Centre office premises occupy a prime location at the upper end of Newry City’s Hill Street where, in overlooking the City Hall and Newry River, they provide a pleasant working environment and client meeting space. This substantial Office Base was purchased, developed and customised throughout the 1980s and the early 1990s as part of a long term management vision.

July 2000 was a defining moment in the direction of the organisation. Having previously traded as a Composite Brokerage, as part of a major strategic decision, the Partners elected to sell the General Insurance Brokerage and focus all energy towards the development and delivery of Whole of Market Independent Financial Planning Solutions.

In January 2013 Hanna Hillen Financial Services LLP became an Appointed Representative of the Award Winning Chartered Firm, Best Practice IFA Group Ltd. This initiative gives the business access to ‘state of the art’ technology thereby creating a new dimension in Wealth Management.

Supported by Best Practice IFA Group Limited and its innovative financial planning solutions, Hanna Hillen Management and Staff remain wholly committed to the continuance of a proud tradition as the provider of dependable money management and financial advice for its discerning clientele.

Our Independence

Since its inception, Hanna Hillen has championed Financial Advice that is wholly Independent. This advice is “truly” independent of any bank, building society, insurance company or investment group, and by retaining this purity it ensures we ALWAYS act in our client’s best interest.

In contrast, other advisers are “restricted” and effectively work for the plan provider, using products from a reduced range.
